Penny, or Penn Penn as I call her, is a blue cream smoke tortie with amazing ear tufts as you can see. She is constantly making air biscuits and loves attention. She is also pretty spunky and sassy and needs the other girls to know that she is in charge. Basically, if she was a movie character she would be Regina George.
