The Maine Coon dames are the heart of this breeding program and are carefully selected for their temperament and robust health. Their beauty is just an added bonus. Health & Genetic Excellence
Each female is dna tested for over 4o hereditary conditions. But that’s just the baseline. They also receive hip x-rays and are free of hip dysplasia, annual echocardiograms to make sure there is no HCM (heart disease), they tested negative for FIV/Felv, and they receive regular fecal and respiratory PCRs to minimize dangerous viruses and bacteria that can be passed to kittens. They are only entered into this breeding program after successfully completing all of this testing.

Our kings undergo rigorous health testing, including full genetic screening, echocardiograms for HCM, and hip evaluations, ensuring that their offspring inherit the best possible health and vitality.
